Does anyone know the status of PostgreSQL 8 for NetWare?

I am in the process of upgrading my NetWare 5.0 server to NetWare 6.5 to improve the possibilities with the web sites I'm working on that rely heavily on PERL, and I'd like to use DBI to access PostgreSQL 8 locally rather than over-the-wire to maximize performance.

PostgreSQL has support for TABLESPACEs and some other things that are important enough to me that I will run PostgreSQL 8 on a separate machine running a different OS if I have to (and can't get Oracle 8i to work reliably).
