[Postgres-xc-general] Wrap up of minor release 1.0.2

Hi,

We have done something like 20 bugs fixes since the release of 1.0.1.
It looks to be a good timing to wrap up a minor release including all the
latest fixes of Postgres 9.1 stable.
Any comments?

Hi,

New PostgreSQL minor releases are due soon. We may see some more fixes on upstream before then. What about waiting for 2 weeks?
