Like Postgres, there is no connection failover in XC, you'll need a
third-party software to manage that.
Note that you could use pgbouncer with a dns lookup to combine several
IP addresses that could be used in round-robin manner when
establishing connections. More info:

HAProxy is more designed for load balancing and HA, perhaps it's worth
