Hi,
Currently XC cannot prepare a transaction if it has operated on temp
tables. It gives the following error in such a case
[junit] ERROR: cannot PREPARE a transaction that has operated on
temporary tables
[junit] Detail: Disabling enforce_two_phase_commit is recommended to
enforce COMMIT
The attached patch fixes this error every where in the test suite by
setting enforce_two_phase_commit to false.
