[Postgres-xc-developers] Document patch for EXECUTE DIRECT.

Hi,

"EXECUTE DIRECT" requires literal strings for the query,
but current document doesn't say it clearly.
This is not user-friendly.

Attached file is document patch for execute_direct.sgmlin
to say it need literal strings explicitly.
