[Postgres-xc-developers] Message level in GTM

Hello;

I had a comment from evaluating people that GTM writes too many logs.   I reviewed the code and found that log_min_messages work correctly but there were too many "LOG" leve messages from gtm/gtm_proxy.   Compared with PostgreSQL elog/ereport usage, I found most of them are for DEBUG1 or lower message level.

The attached patch is my proposal to lower message level.
