Don't do it. This is one of the shortest way to corrupt your database server. You have here something like 2050 WAL files, that's a lot to replay in case of crash, you should try to reduce checkpoint_segments first, or enforce a checkpoint to flush all the pages to disk, and be able to recycle properly the existing WAL files. -- Michael |
