When you use "pgxc_ctl add", you should not edit pgxc_ctl.conf and
issue "pgxc_ctl init".

On the other hand if you want to edit pgxc_ctl.conf by yourself, it
may be deprecated, you need to issue "CREATE NODE" at each existing
coordinators for new coordinator and datanode and also need to issue
"CREATE NODE" at coordinator3 for every existing nodes after "pgxc_ctl
init".
