We've found one of the cause of this problem and a patch has been submitted to developers mailing list. Hope this is included in the minor release as well. The thread is titled Yet another analysis of "GTM error, could not obtain snapshot" You will find the patch in developers mailing list. It's very helpful if you try this patch to 1.1 and let us know how it works. Masataka: Could you provide info for this patch, what release it is for and your view how it works with Sergio's case?
