[Postgres-xc-developers] How to "order by" rows obtained by RETURNING clause

I'm doing XC 1.2 release to fix regression more robust.

I found RETURNING clause occasionally reruns rows in different order.
  It is what we should expect but is not good because regression
fails.

Does anybody know how to order rows from RETURNING clause?
