[Postgres-xc-developers] License correction

Hello All,

I see that the pgxc_class.h file in the repository has EnterpriseDB license
header. I am very sure this is just an oversight since the entire project
is under PostgreSQL license. Nevertheless it will be a good idea to correct
the same with EDB's consent:
