[Postgres-xc-developers] [JDBC Regression] Patch to avoid XC limitation regarding indexes

Hi,
Attached please find patch to avoid the following XC limitation while
running JDBC regression
ERROR: Cannot create index whose evaluation cannot be enforced to remote
nodes

The solution was to replicate the tables on which indexes are being created.
