[Postgres-xc-developers] small issue with pgxc_ctl.

Hi,

I'm testing with pgxc_ctl utility.
This is very helpful tool,
but I noticed two things to fix.

1. gtm_proxy.conf written by pgxc_ctl is unavailable.

Because the value of gtm_host parameter is not quoted.

2. misspelled message when deploying.

Not "deplloying", it's "deploying".
