Yes, all the header files of src/include/gtm were not included in install
until recently and it has been fixed by commit 2af4826 on master and
backported as e5b2b0c on 1.0 stable.
This bug was still present in 1.0.1, but will be included in 1.0.2 and next
major release of XC.
