Hello,

Following up on this, it appears that Joomla support Postgres in the 
idea that Postgres is available through their abstraction layer. 
However, the driver doesn't appear to exist (at least in completed 
form). Therefore I suggest Drupal or DjangoCMS.

Thoughts?
