[Postgres-xc-developers] Modifications in git repository

Hi folks,

Just to let you know that I modified a little bit the configuration of the
git repository.
Now commit email looks cleaner. From now, code diff will appear for each
commit done.
I also deleted some annoying headers so as to keep the message as short as
possible with essential data only.
