Summary: Broadcast message - per domain etc
Initial Comment:
The broadcast message 'stuff' should also work for non-global admins, namely it should allow them to either send a message to all users in the domains they can control, or allow them to select which domains to send messages to.
(i.e. perhaps the interface needs to allow users to select which domains to send the message to, with an 'ALL' option at the top? the list could then be filterable based on what sort of admin you are).

Any chance of getting this in a future release? I just recently installed
postfixadmin and must say it rocks.
This is one feature I believe should be added.
In my case I have a number of people that manage their own domains. I
don't want to give them access to each others, but would like for them to
be able to Broadcast to all of their users.
