Initial Comment:
Looks like there's some bug in CSS using Catalan language.

Another different problem is that I have english language set in the config file but the browser isn't English and the language is changed even if I want to keep English.

Language selection first: There's already a feature request for a language
chooser:

Menu: I can't reproduce the behaviour you see in Konqueror (KDE 3.5.7) and
Firefox (2.0) - if the menu texts are too long, the menu wraps to a second
line. (I used enlarged fonts instead of long texts, shouldn't really
differ.)

What Browser do you use?

You can also test with modifying the CSS file: In the section "#menu {",
remove the line "width: 750 px;".

BTW: The catalan translation needs some updates ;-)  If you are interested
in doing the translation, read www.cboltz.de/tmp/postfixadmin-languages.txt
and post the translated file to the tracker.
