I'd guess that your postfix config does not match POSTFIX_CONF.TXT from the PostfixAdmin documentation ;-) - alias domains need some SQL magic in the postfix mysql_*.cf maps. Please double-check that your postfix configuration matches the recommended config in POSTFIX_CONF.TXT.
