I do not have a file pacrypt!
I do have the function pacrypt!
But i am not a real coder.
I will try to make it work, I think more people would benevit from it.

Look into the pfacrypt file.
There you find the way postfixadmin hashes the password.
You could copy pase that into the copied redmine plugin.
