Shouldn't be too hard ;-)

The basic configuration for postfix etc. is described in the files in 
the PostfixAdmin documentation (in the DOCUMENTS folder).

Webmail is nothing else than running an IMAP server (typically dovecot 
nowadays) and any webmail frontend (Squirrelmail, roundcube, horde, ...) 
on your webserver that connects to the IMAP server.
