Which leads to a feature request from me: can we have another option to 
only flag aliases that point to non-existing _local_ mailboxes?

Why don't you simply use   count($show_custom_domains)   ? ;-)
One error-prone config option less.


Another note: This should be documented somewhere in SVN. Maybe the best 
place is directly in config.inc.php ;-)
