Beware that doing this training (especially if people don't really know
what they are doing) can make spam detection worse - at least some
people on the german postfixbuch-users list reported this.

Sounds like Maya Mailguard. I don't really want to re-invent this
wheel - if you need this feature, you should use Maya.

Yes. However, I'd vote to add (<ul>- and CSS-based) dropdown menus with
the "add ...." link.
