The tag pCreate_mailbox_mail has a wrong spanish translation which is "Send welcome mail" not "create mailbox"

Thanks for the patch! I just commited it to SVN r1233.

BTW: The spanish translation file needs some more translations - about 50
lines are not translated yet. If you want to help,
- download the latest version from SVN:
 
http://postfixadmin.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/postfixadmin/trunk/languages/es.lang
- translate all lines marked with "# XXX" and remove the "# XXX" marker
(no need to translate lines marked with "obsolete")
- send another patch ;-)
