Summary: information box dont disappear

Initial Comment:
Using the latest svn version  - If I add for example an alias domain the information box on the upper side of the website (with green border) appear. If I add more alias domain or switch into another menu the information box dont disappear - whatever I do. It´s the same with error messages (with red border). It would be nice if the box disappear by changing menu.
