Summary: CLI: add option for "user add" for pre-encrypted passwords
Initial Comment:
(based on a chat with harlan on #postfixadmin)
If someone has a list with existing users, this list often includes already encrypted passwords.
The CLI, especially "user add", should have a switch that says "the given password is already encrypted".
(A very easy way (and workaround) would be to recommend switching $CONF[encrypt] to cleartext in the documentation/help output, but I'm not sure if this is a good idea ;-)
