Vacation start and end date are implemented in SVN trunk and will be part
of future versions of postfixadmin.
However, I won't backport this to the 2.3 branch because it needs a
database change.

I like this idea, but since some kind of cron job will be necessary for
this, why not extend it a bit to include both a Start *and* End date?
