Unfortunately you didn't specify which version of postfixadmin you use, but
it looks like you are using 2.2.1.1 or older which indeed had this bug.
The latest release (postfixadmin 2.3) already uses ENGINE= everywhere
AFAIK - in case we overlooked something, please reopen this bugreport.
