Hi,

first of all, congratulations of getting Postfixadmin 2.3 out :)

As discussed, I'd like to propose the merge of the trunk and smarty
branch. I've tried to keep all changes in sync, and Postfixadmin smarty
is running well on different sites in production.

There should be little adjustment if any, as we kept most of the system.
There was just a bit of layout work. As I'm not that design guy, help in
the layout work is greatly appreciated.

I think the merge could be done in November, and I'm happy to help out
with any problems that are encountered to get the merge done as soon as
possible. Btw., tests have shown that PFA runs with smarty 3 out of the
box...
