AFAIK there are no critical bugs left, and we'll never be free of non- critical bugs ;-) Please test if setup.php/upgrade.php works on postgresql (I added some pgsql-only code to create triggers for the quota and quota2 table.) If everything works, you can finally release 2.3! Release ToDo-List: - add release date/version and SVN revision to changelog - update version in functions.inc.php - create a tag in SVN.
