i found this in the log "messages"

Feb 26 23:58:13 kraftwerk1 Vacation: Orig-To: we...@do... From: 
we...@do... MessageID:  Subject: . Log message: Unexpected error: 
'Duplicate entry 'we...@do...-w...@do...' for key 1' from query 
'INSERT into vacation_notification (on_vacation,notified) values (?,?)'

so is this a bug by "Vacation" ?
