Hi David,
your posted link dont fixed anything. Vacation Messages still come twice.
The people in the posting talk about dspam sendings and such or ?
My Problem is, when a user activates vacation, the vacation message is 
sent twice.
I tried some tips from the post but it dont worked.

Let me know if you can help a bit and if you need anything maybe 
master.cf or main.cf
