I am looking for a way in postfixadmin to set an email address to the aliases equivalent of /dev/null. Also, in popstfix aliases, email can be piped to an application, is there anyway to do the same from postfixadmin?

You can't do that directly in PostfixAdmin, but there are workarounds:

for the /dev/null alias, I'd create a postfix map file with DISCARD
and include it in the smtpd_recipient_restrictions with
        check_recipient_access hash:/etc/postfix/access
In PostfixAdmin, create an alias pointing somewhere - the important thing is that the address exists. (Not needed if you have a catchall on that domain.)

Postfix doesn't allow pipe aliases in databases for security reasons, so you also have to use a local map file. I'd recommend to use /etc/aliases and create an alias in PostfixAdmin that forwards the address from your virtual domain to the local domain. (You could also add a map to virtual_alias_maps - but that might become confusing because this address won't show up in PostfixAdmin.)
