I want that postfixadmin doesn't send a welcome e-mail on account creation! Can't find any configuration directive in configuration file. Is there another workaround or solution for that without leaving smtp server blank?
I do know that you can untick the (IIRC) "Create mailbox" option when creating the account. The default is that sending the welcome message is used to get Postfix to create the mailbox, avoiding all the hassle of getting a script to run with the right privileges.
Postfix will still create the mailbox when the first email is received, but the user won't be able to log in via webmail, pop or imap until this happens (they will get an error, assuming you are using Courier for pop/imap).
If you still want to permanently disable sending the welcome mail after reading simonhobson's warnings, remove the HTML tag for it from templates/create-mailbox - that's the "official workaround" for 2.3.x ;-)
