I'm running Gentoo and a few days ago I emerged Postfix, Postfixadmin and Postgresql and was having a click about on the Postfix Admin login page and found that the "Postfix Admin 2.3.5" link bottom left side linked to "http://malier.ru/". My guess is that this is not meant to happen anyone else noticed this?
I made a post regarding this on the Gentoo forums and whilst it received a lot of views I got no replies so I thought maybe I should post here.
I should mention that the same happens if one clicks Postfix Admin 2.3.5 link after having logged in.
I'm no coder so whilst I have run an unsuccessful string search for http://malier.ru I have been able to do little more to resolve this myself other than to check my logs which show no unusual behavior.
Original post on Gentoo is at https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-974588-highlight-.html
The link points to postfixadmin.com - a domain owned by a former developer of PostfixAdmin who left the project some years ago. He silently gave up the domain without telling anybody, and when I noticed the domain was for sale for quite some $$$, I wasn't too interested in wasting my money.
Instead, I changed the link to postfixadmin.sf.net. This change was done for the 2.3.6 release, so you should simply update to this version. If you don't want to update, edit the links in templates/footer.php.
Hiya Christian, thanks so much for the prompt enlightenment! :) I will edit the footer.php.as Gentoo is still on 2.3.5.
Thanks for a very useful product and have a good day!
