Large image could not be opened

#18 Large image could not be opened
My JPG file is 266 MB (279,340,899 bytes) When I try to load the input image I get a dialog that says:
The File "BlackMarble20161km.jpg" coul not be loaded.
I know the image is a ridiculous size. I was wondering what limitations are involved here. I am running the PosteRazor-1.5.2-Win32.zip standalone version on Windows 7 64 with 8GB RAM
