Carolyn is right, xTuple offers the backup services as mentioned. Also, the Standard and OpenMFG editions of xTupleERP on the pricing page ([url]http://www.xtuple.com/pricing[/url]) come with a Batch Manager utility that will allow you to schedule your own local nightly backups.
The difference with the XTN service is that xTuple collects and monitors an off-site back up in addition to your local one so you are covered in case of catastrophic physical damage, plus xTuple Support would help you restore your database in such an event.
