[Post-nuke-users] A Problem ocurred!

What causes this to display?

I've seen it in 2 different instances the first one I don't remember the =
second one is happening after I submitted a story. It appears directly =
above the story on the main page and I can't get rid of it.

It's a cookie conflict.  just log out, or delete your cookies.
