Please take a look at the README-FIRST.txt, it explain
that you can't login via 127.0.0.1 or localhost anymore if it's not
setted as an intranet site.=20
If you really need to login via 127.0.0.1/localhost or, or course, an
intranet. Either reinstall from scratch and check the "intranet" options
where you can supply your database's username/password, or:=20
