[Post-nuke-users] Installation problem

I am trying to install pn_714 on my Win2000 machine. All my required
software specs (Apache, mySQL, PHP) are fine according to the minimum
requirements. My problem is that when I run /html/install.php, I can't get
past the "Select Language" screen. I choose "English" and submit but the
page does not goto the next screen, it just reloads itself at the "Select
Language" screen. I tried pn_713 but with the same result.  If I try to load
the /html/admin.php page, I get redirected to the index.php page.

I see that there was a similar posting before except that the problem
occurred under Linux, so I am hoping it's not an OS issue.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how I could sort out this problem.
