i need to add something like this.
i need to add 2 buttons like ADD COMMENT & EDIT
COMMENT.(ofcourse the comments are page restrivcted ie
comments are to pge & not to the whole site)
u will find them inthe url i am sending.

look at the bottom left.
how can  i do that.
