[Post-nuke-users] component/instance

hi all,
i have installed PN.71 in my Linux box and using that
for my web development.Now i am the administrator.when
i get into giving permissions to new groups and new
users am not getting the concept of component and
instances.Pl do respond me how do i addminister this
part.
