[Post-nuke-users] struck

hi all,
i am trying toi install postnuke in my linux box,
it was running perfectly for a week,
then when i worked with phplib & againg came back to
postnuke,
infact /var/www/html/php/php/local.inc is the location
wher i have my local.inc file(that does major job for
phplib)
  i'm getting the following errors.

i see this in all the pages

i'm not getting how to clear this .plz help me,i'm
newbie
