[Post-nuke-users] Upgrade problem from 0.702 to 0.71 - Unable to view all pages.

Hi All, 

Have any of you come across the problem after upgrading to 0.71 of being 
unable to open any page (including index.php). 

I am running under Mandrake Linux 8.1, with php 4 and Apache for the web 
server. 

I am getting the following error. 

"Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  themes_get_language() in 
/web/bcheese.homeip.net/htdocs/themes/PostNuke/theme.php on line 40" 

I am not overly strong on php yet, so any advice or assistance you can 
provide would be greatly appreciated.
