[Post-nuke-users] Censoring/Swear Filtering

Hey, I am having a problem with PostNuke since I upgraded to .71.=
  I 
can not disable censoring (swear filtering), even by editing 
config.php and setting the mode to "0", removing the filter list,=
 or 
taking out all the filtering preferences in the file.  Anyone=
 know 
why this isn't working?
