I'm trying to do 2 things:
1) I would like to set permissions on Web Links.  For example, if I have
"System Administrator" links I would only want people in Group Admins to
see these.
   a) How would I do this?  I've tried putting a permission in like
this:
            [ All realms ][ All groups][ Web links::System Administrator
][ System Administrator::1 ][ None ]

2) I would like to setup headlines to appear on my main page.  I've went
into the Headlines section as Administrator and chose Edit next to the
headline I would like to enable.  While in Edit, I choose check the box
next to Show image and Show descr.  Is that all that I have to do?  I
would like to active them but don't know any other way.  Nothing is
appearing on the left table.
