hi all,

good morning where it applies, i've got a few quick questions to see if =
i need to do some coding right now or if i'm just missing an obvious =
solution

1) is there a way to set anonymous to be able to vote in polls and =
submit news?  i have allow anonymous to post set to 'yes' in =
administration>preferences

2) that darn (nice solution, just not for my site) multilingual box =
shows up no matter what 'activate multilingual' and 'activate flags' are =
set to in administration>preferences

as a note i am using theme that doesn't come in the original tarball, =
but these problems persist even while using 'extralite' which i kept =
around for testing.  which reminds me, can i prevent users from changing =
the theme without rolling my own solution?
