[Post-nuke-users] HTML interpretation problem(?)...

After posting an article (through administration page) some not included Html
characters are being posted together with the article. And the paragraphs are
not being inserted. For instance:

 raise the flag, say the Pledge of
                        Allegiance and then go to class,\'\'
 said Welch. \'\'It was something
                        that I wanted to try to make an option
 for everybody if they wanted
                        to do it. It wasn\'t something that we
