Hi to all,

I am working on a latvian language module to share with the community 
offcourse.
Can someone help me?
For example sometime in Latvian numbers have to be displayed after the 
word used to say for exaple "readers". This happends in newsboxes for 
istance.
How can I avoid this? I am sorry but I am just starting in this and 
maybe my question is trivial, if so please tell me on wich Howto/faq i 
can find the answer...
