[Post-nuke-users] Getting Rid of Avatars

Is there a somewhat easy process for disabling the avatars in PN? The
site I'm working on doesn't require them and I haven't seen any settings
that turn this on/off.

If I have to dig through code to disable it, please let me know where
the changes need to be made.
